Library Sale Haul (August Edition)

The second Saturday of each month hosts my favorite event in Albuquerque–the Main Library’s monthly book sale. This month's theme was science fiction, though there weren’t many books left in that genre by the time Hannah and I arrived. Regardless, we found some great picks! My stack came out to $15. • When Everything Changed: The Amazing Journey of American Women From 1960 to the Present by Gail Collins

• Black Woman Reformer: Ida B. Wells, Lynching, & Transatlantic Activism by Sarah L. Silkey

• A Women’s Lectionary for the Whole Church by Wilda C. Gafney

• The Secret Language of Girls by Frances O’Roark Dowell 

There are fewer and fewer places in my apartment for the continuous stream of books I keep buying each month, but I see no stopping in my future! Catch y’all next time😛
